Pregnancy & Birth
I offer guidance and emotional support throughout pregnancy and birth. Together, we create an environment where you feel safe, empowered, and deeply supported as you welcome new life into the world.
Remote or Virtual Support
I provide virtual consultations and guidance when in-person support isn’t feasible. This can be particularly helpful for planning or check-ins.
Childcare and Nanny Services
With 10+ years of experience, I offer part time childcare from newborn up to 14 years old
Standard Birth Package Includes:
- Free virtual initial consultation to explore your needs – 20 minutes
- Up to 3 prenatal visits (1 virtual, 1 at your home)
- Unlimited text and email support from time of signed contract
- Physical presence at birth from when requested through the Golden Hour postpartum
- On-call labor support – 2 weeks before & 2 weeks after your EDD
- 24/7 phone/video/text support
- 1 postpartum visit to check in on your recovery and adjustment
- Referrals to care providers and various community resources

- Green Bottle pricing structure
- Bottle #1 – $2200
- Bottle #2 – $1900
- Bottle #2 – $1300
- Bottle 4: Case by case basis
- A portion of all profits goes to Birth Workers of Color Collective to support Black, Indigenous, and other birthworkers of color
Additional Notes:
- Services are customizable; additional prenatal or postpartum visits can be added
- My goal is to make high-quality doula support accessible while ensuring continuity of care
- Back up doulas for days – birth is not scheduled!
